Away from the camera I prefer a quiet kitchen, low light, and time that is not hurried. My hands are sensitive. I am trained in tantra and sports bodywork, with yoga-style stretching and precise pressure-point release. I begin where the day has settled in the body, and I stay until the breath changes. Connection starts with touch — unhurried, attentive — so the stress of work can leave before anything else begins.
